The Youth Circle is a group of youth leaders who worked with the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment and the Singapore Food Agency. This report, designed by the Youth Circle and commissioned by the National Youth Council, studies the issue of food waste and how a Good Samaritan Law Food Donation Act might encourage donation of surplus or unsold food to the needy.

In 2019, the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment convened a #RecycleRight Citizens’ Workgroup to study how household recycling could be improved. This is the Ministry’s response to the recommendations of the Workgroup.

This is a report of the recommendations of a diverse group of citizens brought together by the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment to co-create solutions to improve the way households recycle in Singapore.
